Don is the mastermind behind New England Coach. Don started driving motorcoaches in 1980 and knew immediately this was the perfect job for him. In 1998 Don started Festive Adventures which ran successfully for 18 years before he switched over the operations to New England Coach. Don worked his way through the bus industry in different capacities before starting New England Coach in 2001. Don is often complimented on his driving skills. Don’s priority is the safety and comfort of our passengers.

Belinda is a born explorer. She loves to entertain and bring people together. Belinda got her sense of adventure from her father who loved to take the family on ‘Sunday drives’ when she was young. Belinda comes from a large family and will share her adventures with them when traveling with her groups. There is always someplace new to explore and something new to learn about, she’ll take you to places that you never knew existed. Often, she is asked what her favorite destination is, and her answer is always the same…the next one. Always looking for new destinations, Belinda spends much of her time when she is not on tour with our retail groups exploring new destinations for future tours.

Jennifer brings energy and enthusiasm wherever she goes! A true people person, she loves connecting with travelers and making sure everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and ready to enjoy the journey.

When she’s not traveling with one of our groups, Jennifer loves spending time outdoors. Whether she’s camping, mountain biking, or simply enjoying some fresh air, she’s always up for an adventure. Her positive outlook and love of life are contagious, and she has a way of sharing that enthusiasm with everyone she meets.

Jennifer specializes in private groups, senior centers, and church groups, where her friendly personality and passion for bringing people together help make every trip a memorable one.

Samantha is the Operations Director for New England Coach and is often the go-to person when there’s a question to be answered. With a specialty in student travel and years of experience behind the scenes, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team—along with an easy-going personality that makes everyone feel right at home.

When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at New England Coach, Samantha is usually planning her family’s next adventure. She loves traveling with her husband and daughter, whether it’s a weekend getaway or a trip somewhere new. During the summer months, there’s a good chance their travels will include a stop at an MLB ballpark! They love experiencing different stadiums, cheering on a good game, and, most importantly, making memories together along the way.

For Samantha, some of the best parts of travel are the stories you bring home—and she’s always ready for the next one.

Susan is our Tour Concierge and brings a warm and welcoming personality to everything she does. She loves helping our travelers feel comfortable, cared for, and excited about their upcoming adventures.

Travel has always been a passion for Susan, especially international travel. Ireland holds a special place in her heart, and she loves exploring the history, culture, and beautiful scenery found throughout Ireland and Europe. Her own love of discovering new places makes her a wonderful resource for our travelers as they prepare for their journeys.

When she’s not dreaming about her next European adventure, Susan enjoys spending time with family and friends. She believes some of the best memories are made with the people you love.

Mason is an important member of our office. He enjoys long naps on the couch and occasionally will accept a treat from strangers. He’s a rescue from Arkansas and we believe his biological mom and dad had only a brief meeting. We know his biological parents were Australian Shepherd and Border Collie. Mason likes to sit very still and see if he can go unnoticed by our guests who stop into our office.
