PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY - All overnight trips require a $100.00 deposit at time of reservation with the balance due 60 prior to tours departure.  New England Coach is obligated to make commitments to its suppliers prior to a tours departure based on your anticipated participation.  Your cancellation does not absolve New England Coach of these obligations.  Therefore please understand the following policy and you are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
More than 45 days - Full refund less $25 administrative fee
30 - 44 days - only those commitments to suppliers we are unable to recover plus administrative fee.
(Examples are hotels, theater, airline tickets and show tickets)
Less than 30 days   - Usually we are unable to recover any of the commitments we have made and therefore we must consider this the date for full payment penalty.

TOUR CANCELLATION INSURANCE - is available through New England Coach and is strongly recommended for any multi day tours.

NOT INCLUDED - Beverages, food entertainment and items of a personal nature or otherwise not specified on your itinerary.  Also, tips to your driver and tour guide.  These tips are entirely at your discretion and should be extended on an individual basis, not as a group.  A suggested amount is $2.00 - $4.00 each day per person.

TRAVELERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE - Any disability requiring special attention should be reported to New England Coach at the time the reservation is made.  We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participants, but are not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants and other independent suppliers.  We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on and off motorcoaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs.  Travelers who need such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion.
