POLICIES FOR RETAIL TOURS:

Unless otherwise noted our policies are as follows:

Retail Package Tours
All tours will include a professional experienced motorcoach driver and luxury motorcoach for a comfortable ride. Professional tour director for the duration of the tour. Excellent hotel accommodations, admission and fee’s to included attractions or activities as stated in itineraries. Some meals are included (see individual itinerary for specifics).

Luggage
One suitcase and one carry-on bag per person. If luggage handling is included in your package, please note that oxygen and coolers will not be handled by hotel staff.

Smoking
Federal law prohibits smoking of any kind on the motorcoach. 
 
Alcohol
Please be aware that there is NO alcohol allowed inside of our coach. We reserve the right to remove any person found with alcoholic beverages on board. This includes passengers who board that are intoxicated prior to boarding. There will be no refund.

Seating
We do our best to accommodate special requests. We reserve the right to assign seats. We believe that the tour should not be about the seat that you’re in rather the experience that you have. Know that all passengers have the same side view from the large windows that we have on our motorcoaches. We do not rotate seats. The seat that you are in will be yours for the duration of the tour.

Gratuities
Gratuities for all meals that are part of a package are taken care of. In response to requests by our clients please consider the following as a guideline.

Your tour director and driver play an important part in the success of our tours. We do not include their gratuities in the cost of a tour because we believe that gratuities should be extended on an individual basis, based on the service that you have received. An industry average is $7-$10 per person per day for the driver and escort. 

Housekeeping and Local Tour Guides for an industry average is $2-$4 per person.

Traveling Internationally
It is required that all passengers traveling to a foreign country be in possession of a Passport that is current and not expiring within 6 months of your date that you will be arriving back into the US. Please be aware that Canada will not accept passengers who have been charged with a felony. This includes DUI convictions.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. We recommend Aon.

Guidelines for customers of size

One seat is allotted per person booking a tour. It is standard procedure to have 2 people sitting in a row. If you compromise any portion of the adjacent seat, please be proactive by informing our booking agents so we may remove an additional seat from inventory for you to purchase. This practice is for the comfort and safety of all our passengers. 
 
Travelers needing special assistance
Any person who requires assistance for walking, dining, or other personal needs must be accompanied by a companion and make New England Coach aware of this at the time of booking. If you will be bringing a motorized scooter, please check with the booking agents when you first book to assure there will be space on the coach for this.  
Not all places that we visit are wheelchair accessible or have seating. Some places may require that you stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time. Some places may not have elevators. Also, walkways may be cobblestone, uneven or unpaved. It is your responsibility when booking to ask our booking agents about concerns that you may have with the itinerary. We want your tour to be enjoyable and it is our goal to fully inform our travelers of what to expect. 

Special requests
It is the responsibility of the traveler to notify New England Coach Tour and Travel of any special requests at time of booking. This includes but is not limited to food allergies or restrictions, environmental allergies, hotel floor preference, bed preference, seating requests (medical reasons only) and sensory issues. We make every effort to accommodate these requests, please be aware that these requests are not guaranteed.

COVID-19 WAIVER of LIABILITY. 
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and possibly by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects or in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death. 
  
New England Coach cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing New England Coach’s services or premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize New England Coach’s services and/or enter onto New England Coach’s premises you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

Responsibility
New England Coach acts only as an agent in arranging transportation, accommodations, or any optional sightseeing tours, and is not responsible for any damages, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to inclement weather, traffic, mechanical, driver issues, or any act of default of any company or person engaged in providing service included in our tours. We reserve the right to cancel any tour or make changes to any itinerary as we feel is necessary. New England Coach is not responsible to any person for expense, loss of the time or money or other circumstance resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangements. Failure to meet your coach during the tour would be a forfeiture of any monies paid for unused portion of tour inclusion. New England Coach reserves the right to accept, refuse or retain any person at any time should his or her conduct not be in harmony with the rest of the passengers. No further obligation will be assumed by New England Coach or anyone in their employ. New England Coach is not responsible for articles lost or left on the coach.  

Payments and Cancellations
Day Tours
Payment is required in full at time of booking.
Multi-Day Tours
$100 deposit is due per person at time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated on the flyer.*

All monies for all trips are 100% refundable for any reason that you must cancel outside of 60 days prior to the date of the tour.*  
29-59 days cancellations - Any monies that can be recouped from our suppliers*
1-30 days cancellations - monies are non-refundable*
